We start with detailed gathering of information and diagnosis of the client situation, so we can understand the culture, the opportunity, performance goals and objectives, and the capability requirements.  We contact, network, listen, analyze, compare, diagnose, etc. to identify candidates with characteristics, capabilities, goals and objectives that match with client need and opportunity. We then monitor, manage and mediate the process from start to finish (and beyond), until client and candidate agree to consummate the relationship (or not).

COMPANY HISTORY…

      The Christiana Consulting Company began in December of 1988, incorporated in February of 1989, but is actually the continuation of an executive search and placement venture, Barry Associates, a division of The Barry Companies, started in October of 1980 by G.J. “Jerry” L’Italien, Jr., current president of Christiana Consulting.  (Most assets of Barry Associates were acquired in December of 1988).  Through the years this organization has been successful in helping companies identify and secure strategic brand marketing and business leaders who have improved top line, bottom line and overall quality of work environment.  Our placed candidates have been able to improve position, responsibility, compensation, potential, and quality of life.
